3 Monthly Curated Full Moon Reflection Evenings

4|1, 5|1, 5|31 7:30PM-9:30PM

Wisdom often emerges in conversation. This circle simply creates the space for it to surface.

This curated circle offers a space for thoughtful dialogue, reflection, and shared insight among individuals committed to living with greater intention. Participation is limited to a small group of former or current clients who have already engaged in meaningful personal work and are ready for deeper reflection within community.

Together we examine life’s dilemmas through the lens of our deepest values, strengthening the inner compass that guides meaningful decisions and authentic living.

Even the most self-aware among us have blind spots. The purpose of this circle is to create a confidential space where participants can bring real-life questions, transitions, and uncertainties without the pressure to perform or appear “wise.” Instead, we meet one another in the honest, often messy process of growth, where insight, new perspectives, and meaningful realizations emerge.

Sometimes the most courageous next step is decisive action. At other times, it is the willingness to pause, release control, or allow clarity to unfold. Within this space, participants witness and support one another with curiosity, grounded reflection, and intuitive insight.

This circle is designed for women who honor their intuitive gifts and recognize that wisdom deepens through reflection, dialogue, and shared experience.

Sometimes clarity arrives not from answers, but from being witnessed in the questions.

  • The Method

Each session follows a structured format designed to encourage reflection, curiosity, and collective insight.

    1. Opening Check-In
We begin with a brief emotional, physical, and spiritual check-in to ground the group and set the tone for the circle.

    2. Grounding in Sacred Space Meditation
A short meditation helps bring everyone into presence and focus.

    3. Spotlight Sharing
One participant shares a current dilemma, life transition, or question they would like to explore.

    4. Inquiry
Group members ask open-ended questions to deepen understanding and gently illuminate aspects of the situation that may not yet be fully seen.

    5. Reflective Dialogue
The spotlighted participant then steps back into a listening role while the group engages in a brief conversation with one another about what they are noticing, sensing, and intuitively reflecting. During this time, the presenter simply listens and takes notes without responding.

    6. Presenter Integration
The participant returns to the conversation, sharing what resonated, what surprised them, and what insights they are taking forward.

    7. Closing Reflection
We conclude the circle with key takeaways, intentions for the coming weeks, and a moment of gratitude.

  • Throughout our time together, participants explore how their values, beliefs, and inner knowing shape the way they navigate decisions, relationships, and life transitions.

Within this intimate container, each participant has the opportunity to bring forward a real-life dilemma, question, or transition and explore it with the support of the group. Through reflective dialogue and shared perspective, new insight and clarity often emerge in unexpected ways.

    Participants can expect:

    • Thoughtful dialogue and shared insight
    • Deeper awareness of patterns, beliefs, and blind spots
    • A supportive environment for exploring real-life dilemmas
    • Strengthening trust in one’s own inner compass
    • Community with others committed to intentional living

  • Cait’s role in the circle is not to teach, but to model the practice of thoughtful reflection. She guides the process by helping participants gently notice where filters, assumptions, or projections may be shaping their perspective so that deeper truth can emerge with candor and clarity.

The intention is not to deflect from discomfort or overwhelm, but to meet life’s dilemmas with honesty, presence, and accountability, allowing each person’s inner wisdom to come forward and be received with care and grace.

Cait’s deeper aim is to support women in becoming a steady and grounded presence for one another, both within the circle and in the world beyond it. The more wholehearted women standing in clarity and intuitive action, the healthier and more connected our communities become.

For the past twenty years, Cait has worked with people from every walk of life, from extreme poverty to extreme excess. Again and again she has witnessed that, regardless of circumstance, the soul is the soul. Much of what people seek is not answers, but support in reconnecting with their own inner knowing and trusting that support exists around them.

At its core, the work is about remembering that no matter what life brings, we have the capacity to meet it… and we will be okay.

  • In this circle, the emphasis is not on projection or advice-giving, but on thoughtful reflection. Rather than “I’ve been here, and this is what you should do,” the conversation is rooted in curiosity and presence.

    Questions might sound like:

    Tell me more.
I noticed when you shared that, you had difficulty looking up, what does that bring up for you?
What belief about yourself might be holding you back from taking that leap?

The circle operates from a grounded trust in each participant’s capacity to understand the deeper undercurrents of their own experiences. The role of the group is not to direct the path, but to support the process of discovery.

In many ways, the circle functions like the banks of a river, offering structure and containment so that the natural flow of insight, clarity, and movement can continue.

  • During the months between our gatherings, and even after the circle has completed, participants are encouraged to stay connected and follow up with one another.

Not from a place of holding someone accountable, but from a place of remembering why we are here together. These simple check-ins remind one another that no one is alone in their process, and that there are people who genuinely care about their growth, clarity, and well-being.

The intention is to nurture relationships that continue beyond the circle rooted in encouragement and shared commitment to living with greater alignment and heart.

  • "I am blown away by the precense and love I felt when I was spotlighted. Like, I genuinely don't think I've ever been that SEEN before. Their questions and insights into me, without knowing me outside of this, felt timeless and mystical. Nurturing witches!"

    Former Participant, 2024

  • "I felt like I didn't belong initially, but once Caitlin started facilitating our very first circle, it was like I was meant to meet these women. I am forever changed."

    Former Participant 2025

  • "I want every woman I know to go through this process to really understand just what authentic support is. Not only to experience the benefits of receiving it, but also learning how to offer it out to the world."

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. The Gathering of the Sages is a facilitated reflection circle designed for personal insight, thoughtful dialogue, and shared wisdom. While Caitlin Peterson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, this circle is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

  • This circle is designed for women who have already engaged in meaningful personal work and are ready for deeper reflection, dialogue, and intuitive exploration within a small, intentional community.

Participation is by invitation in order to maintain the depth and integrity of the group. If the circle resonates with you, you are welcome to express interest through the form on this page, and Caitlin will follow up with next steps

  • That’s completely natural. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed question or dilemma. Often what emerges in the space together reveals what most wants attention.

Some participants come with a specific life decision, transition, or relationship dynamic they want to explore. Others simply feel a sense that they are ready for deeper reflection and conversation. The circle itself helps illuminate what is ready to be seen.

  • The fee for the Spring 2026 circle totals to $650. The Gathering of the Sages is a highly curated circle limited to four participants and guided by over twenty years of Caitlin’s experience facilitating deep reflective work with individuals from all walks of life. The small group size allows for meaningful attention, thoughtful dialogue, and the kind of insight that rarely emerges in larger settings.

Caitlin is not a self-appointed guru, spiritual guide, or coach. Her role is not to provide answers or tell participants what they should do, but to facilitate a process of thoughtful reflection and dialogue so each member can access their own clarity, intuition, and wise action.

At the same time, Caitlin believes deeply in access and will never turn someone away solely because of financial circumstances. If the circle resonates with you but the fee feels like a barrier, you are welcome to reach out and start a conversation.
