A Group Processing Experience with Practical Tools for Recalibrating After Relationship Loss
Our Grief
Our story begins where certainty ends, in the quiet moments when life changes rhythm, and we are invited to listen inward for what wants to emerge next.”
When a relationship ends, it’s not only the person you lose.
It’s the shared rhythm, the future you were oriented toward, and the version of yourself that existed within that relationship.
Finding Your Rhythm is a 6-week virtual group experience designed for adults navigating life after a breakup, separation, or divorce. This group offers both emotional processing and practical tools to support recalibration after relationship loss, without rushing healing or forcing closure.
Grounded in the Soul Tempo™ Method, this experience helps participants slow down, listen inward, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a rhythm that feels authentic, stable, and sustainable.
The focus is not on “getting over” the relationship, but on reorienting your life with integrity after it has changed.
What We’ll Work On Together
The emotional, neurological and physiological impact of relationship loss
Grief that isn’t always recognized by others
Identity shifts after “we” becomes “me”
Emotional regulation and nervous-system awareness
Rebuilding self-trust, agency, and confidence
Clarifying values and grounding during uncertainty
Integrating the loss into your story without bypassing it or recreating it
Each session blends guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools that can be applied outside of group.
